It tastes great, is very mixable, and has a great protein, carb, fat ratio!

i always take Dymatize natural protein but i wanted to give this a shot. the nutritional content is about the same (although ON has 15mg more than Dymatize). only thing i didn't like about ON is their bland taste. i've many many diff brands and this is on the bland side so i'm sticking with Dymatize. i know many would say taste doesn't matter b/c it's for muscle building and such but i say why not drink one that has a good taste if you're going to drink it.
another small thing to pick at. ON's lid is about 1/2inch wide making is harder to open with one hand than Dymatize.

Take it with me to the gym in a Nalgene bottle, fill it with water fountain water and give it a couple of shakes and its good to go. I use two scoops to twelve oz. of water, instead of the eight oz. per scoop recommended. I think it tastes better at that ratio.

I use this product as a meal replacement on days when I am in the gym all day (I'm a personal trainer) and need a healthy way to refuel between clients or before a workout. The taste is great, it blends well, goes great with a Green's Powder, frozen berries and some 3-6-9 oil... even when mixed with just water. I did alot of looking around to find a product with ingredients that I feel good about at a price that was better than the rest. I would not use this as a post-lifting powder... that's Whey Protein's job (with NO casein)... but this is a great powder if you work out hard and need a good, solid meal replacement that will stick with you. I don't have one bad thing to say about it.

Have been using this product for several weeks and love it. The best thing about this protein powder is that the ingredients list is very short, which makes for a good protein powder. I mix this with zero-fat milk and drink usually twice a day. I have bought the regular chocolate (which includes sugar and I guess artificial flavorings) when the store was out of the all-natural (which doesn't have those things), and I can't tell a difference in the taste; i.e., the all-natural is very good.
When I first switched to the ON whey, I bought vanilla the first time, which I didn't like. At all. (I almost made a mistake when the store was out of the all-natural choc and got the vanilla again one time, then remembered how it tasted. It was kind of funny, the guy working in the store said, about the vanilla, "oh, yes, it's undrinkable."
My point: Get the all-natural chocolate. It's good. It gets four stars instead of five because I don't see why it needs to be so expensive.

I can't say enough good about this product. After being very disappointed with the weird flavor and strange, foamy texture of the natural vanilla, I decided to give the chocolate a try, and I am VERY glad I did. This product does not have artificial sweeteners, which means it doesn't bother my stomach, it contains Aminogen enzymes, which means it absorbs well, it mixes nicely, does not have a weird foamy texture, and it tastes great. Need I say more? I'd say going forward, this will be my one and only protein shake. It's the best I've found.

Mixes great. Mixes much easier than most other proteins. Shake it for 30 seconds and it is fully mixed not like other brands where after 30 seconds there are still huge chunks. Tastes great too even when mixed with water, I prefer milk.
