Directions
For best results, begin taking Wellness tablets at the very first signs of imbalances in your well being. During imbalance, take three tablets every three hours. For wellness maintenance, take 1 or 2 tablets daily.

This product helps me to recuperate from colds, flu, viruses, etc. If taken early enough it can prevent the worst of it. It also helps build the immune system so your less likely to catch the next thing going around. Take 3 every 3 hours at the first sign of imbalance and continue for up to 2 weeks or until you are better whichever comes first. Take a 2 week break. It is a natural antibiotic and your system will get immune if you do not take the break. You can continue this cycle until you are completely well and feeling good. Do not take if you are sensitive or allergic to zinc. Note: The tablets are large and stinky, but really have no taste. If you are very sick somewhere between days 3 and 5 your body will start pushing out the toxins. Drink plenty of fluids and stay home if possible. Once it passes you will feel awesome!!!

I have been using this product for more than 6 years and can only say that I don't catch colds and I have tested it by going off for a few months and did get sniffles, but after going back on it regularly, I don't get sniffles.

Wellness Formula tablets are the best for boosting your immune system even though they are huge and smell like rotten alfalfa. I tried the capsules but they didn't seem to be as effective. I've been taking the tablets and giving them to my four adult sons for years. They ask for them in their Christmas stockings. They key is to begin taking the tablets at the very first tiny sign of illness. I take "3 tablets every 3 hours for 3 days"…even if I start feeling better. In the winter, I take one a day for insurance. I recommend this product to so many people that I wish I had stock in the company. I say it's like Airborne on steroids. Wellness Formula is with me wherever I go!

Being extremely active both physically and mentally I often push myself to my full capability. This product seems to give my body life and helps my immune system fight when I feel as though I am on the verge of getting sick. I once only took the product to stave off sickness, now I take once a day to help me from getting to that point! I am amazed at it's effectiveness. GOOD STUFF!

I love Wellness! I take one every day and three as directed if I feel a cold coming on. These pills really are amazing. They have saved me from the brink of a cold on several occasions. Also, the Vitamin Shoppe has the best price for these pills. I have paid almost $40 a bottle before and the fact that I can get them for about $23 is fabulous. I buy them regularly online and now my mom and sisters do too. I highly recommend Wellness and they even smell nice--how often can you say that about a vitamin?
