      It works good for me. Ive gotten more vascular and my strength has gone way up. Cant beat the price either. No side effects just maybe a lil more aggressive. I take it in the morning and before I work out in the afternoon. I take creatine and b vitamins with it. Plus it has given me a better over all feeling. Highly recomended
