Great product!! It's awesome!!

My hair, nails and skin needed a 911!! My hair was blah! My nails were thin, weak and chipping and my skin was just dry/itchy.

I am on week 3, and my hair is shinier and fuller, my nails are stronger and thicker and my skin is not itching! I have not changed my shampoo/conditioner, nor have I gotten a manicure nor applied more lotion (than usual) and my diet is still the same! I believe this product has made a considerable difference, and I will continue to buy this product.

The only con is the smell; I just hold my breath when I open the bottle and swallow the pills.

I am budget conscious, and this product is worth its value! By taking the vitamins, you will continue to save money; you will not need to buy expensive shampoos to get the 'stronger/fuller' hair nor pricey 'stronger nails' polishes to get the strong nails.

This is the best vitamin for HAIR growth. I love it. My hair grew from shoulders, to the middle of my back in about 5-6 months (two hair cuts).
They are a little hard to swallow, and they are too hard to crush. Besides that, they really work!

I use the product daily and follow the instructions. I have used it previously with decent results. This time I took it along with Buffered Vitamin C, Niacin, Vit E with Selenium, and an overall healthy diet. The results far surpassed taking it alone. I suspect it's mainly the vitamin C and yet my nails responded immediately and haven't looked this good since I was a younger man. My hair and nails are growing fast and look radiant. It took longer to affect my skin and yet I can see the skin on my arms is getting much healthier. Good stuff! The negative is that the pill gets stuck on the way down is a bit uncomfortable. I break it into 2 pieces. It needs a better coating to make it slide down easily.

After reading the reviews, I tried this brand after using the other guy's for so long. Can't say that I was really expecting any real, noticeable results because I wasn't in the past. Surprisingly, I noticed that my nails were growing pretty quickly and they are stronger than they have ever been. They smell horrible, but I am loving the product.

Taken the product for over a year and it's great! Due to Diabetes I lose hair and have a hard time in growing nail. However, with this product has help in all areas. My doctor tells me my nails are stronger and lose of hair is less, skin has elastity and I'm 64yrs old. I do exercise but only 3 times each week. But the product has really helped. Thank you.

I take three of them a day, but they do not have enough Biotin in them. These only have 400 mcg of Biotin where the ones I've taken from another Co. have 3000 mcg, and work so much better at making my hair thicker and stronger. And my nails do not split, chip, or crack and they are growing much faster, with the other Co. product.

I used this with 5mg of Biotin daily and it stopped my shedding completely! My hair was coming out by the handfuls and this is the ONLY thing that has ever worked. It also made my brittle nails grow faster and hard. Worth it.

I have been using this product for a week and I began to notice changes by the 2nd or 3rd day! I take a pill 3 times daily with my meals and a glass of water. NAILS: My nails were very thin and easy to break but since I began using these, they are thicker and growing much faster than normal. HAIR: My hair has gotten a lot thicker, has great body at shine and even "looks" healthier! SKIN: I haven't really noticed a change in my skin. I have eczema, and I haven't had a breakout in a while but not sure if that's a direct effect of the pills. CON(S): Smells horrible which makes it hard to swallow with water, but after a while it becomes routine.

After taking this twice a day for about a month I started to see my weak, peeling nails begin to grow out with MUCH less peeling. I increased to the recommended 3x a day dose, and after 2 weeks see even more improvement! They taste horrible, and are SO difficult to swallow compared to my other vitamins. But they seem to be doing the job, so it's totally worth it. I will continue to use these.

I could not tell you if this works because the smell and taste of the tablets were so awful that I couldn't bear taking more than a few. If you like the taste of cold sauerkraut, then this is the product for you. I decided to stick with their Biotin. I am usually happy with their products.

May want to try it with juice or something tasty maybe that would help.

I bought this because I was having big pimples on my face and they just kept coming. I was in tears. I was looking for anything that could possibly help.... thank God I bought this, I do not get them anymore. I still get occasional pimples but nothing like before!!! I love this and just bought the huge bottle yesterday! I also have been using Cetaphil antibacterial bar soap for dry skin! So with the combo I'm set to go! I do not wasting money and am a big coupon person but will still continue to buy this even though there is no coupon. It's GREAT!

This product is amazing. I have lost over 80 pounds in the last year or so and because of the drastic changes in my diet one of the awful side effects was hair loss. I was devastated because I was finally getting to a place physically where I was more confident but my severe hair loss was holding me back. I have tried Biotin, Rogaine for women, even incorporating more carbs to my diet, but nothing worked. I picked this product up at my local Vitamin Shoppe about 2 months ago and the results have been phenomenal! I have stopped clogging up the bathtub with my hair, no more hair on the bathroom floor, and it is growing the baby hairs back in places where it was a marked loss that was noticeable. I am ecstatic and am on my way to buying my next bottle. My nails are much stronger as well. Love it!

I bought this product because I'm turning 50 in a couple of months and decided to do a entire skin regiment change ... from moistures and make up to vitamins. I decided to try this because its for skin, hair and nails ... I figured I'd cross as many areas as possible. Well, after about a week or so, I kept trying to figure out what was going on with my hair, it was different but, I couldn't put my finger on it. Then after about 3 weeks my beautician asked if my hair had gotten thicker and said it seems I'm really doing a lot of curling. Well, I transitioned from a relaxer last year because my hair had thinned out really bad and once all the relaxer was out my hair started to thicken up; however, in about 3 weeks of taken this product my hair is really thick. I really wasn't expecting this, but, am very pleased. I came out of acrylic nails last year too; I'm seeing a mild difference in my nails. I had a pimple that I picked at and made it 10x's worse that it should've been; after increasing this product to 2 a day in a weekend that spot has finally healed. So, its probably doing more for my skin that I realized. I believe its cleaning my system out too. Love the product!!

My nails have always grown fast, but I do notice a faster growth of nails, more so than before. Now my hair, was literally falling off, something I have never experience before. But, after two pregnancies, and thyroid issues, my hair is on the floor all the time. With these Vitamins, my hair started to grow immediately, I won't say I'm a chia pet, but I've got my hair coming in, and I'm not as worried as I was before when I see my hair falling, because it's not falling nearly as much as it was before, not even close.

I have been a user of this product for over two years and have been pleased with the results. I started using this product primarily to aid in growing my nails, I was a life-long nail biter and never had nails. So, I started this product and noticed a difference in as little as a months time. Along with newly growing nails, I noticed a slight difference in a somewhat more rapid hair growth. I also supplement with additional biotin to aid in hair and nail growth.

I began taking this vitamin about 2 months ago after removal of acrylic nails left my real nails totally stripped. My hair had also thinned badly when I was taking very strong medicine, I couldn't put on a pony tail without feeling embarrassed! I had also been struggling through a freakishly long and random acne outreak that nothing seemed to help. After about 3 weeks of taking the vitamins, I noticed that my nails no longer bended or broke and were finally all able to grow longer and evenly. My hair is fuller and my friends have told me it seems a lot healthier. I finally got past the acne break and my skin is much clearer and has remained clear. The only downfalls that I can think of is that they smell strong (but if you're used to strong vitamin smells then there is nothing to worry about) and they are a bit large for people who have a sensitive gag reflex. But, I feel the good far outweighs the bad and I will totally continue to take this vitamin. It's an amazing deal for the quality and quantity that you get with this product. I can't say enough about how great these vitamins are!

After takiong this, my hair and nails started growingMuch fa. Never before was that possible for me. I am 61 Years old. I stopped taking it to switch , but my hair and nails stopped growing ,and my nails became brittle again. I am going Back on them.
