Reviewing Cordyceps for How I Used It For Kidney Problems
Writing a review on this for one reason only. This saved me from ever having to do dialysis because of being diagnosed with kidney failure. I read up on a lot of Chinese literature about 4 years back that this could help people with Chronic kidney problems which I have. The alternative is dialysis which sucks! It kept be stable at between 10%-14% kidney function for 4 years which is great from my standpoint considering how fast I dropped from 50% to 20% kidney function which was a time of 6 months. My only complaint about Cordyceps... you will never need say.. Viagra with this product of you catch my drift here... I took about 6-8 capsules a day which is in the range of prescribed dosage for kidney disease if you read online. Another thing here in the USA, I asked my Doctors on this, and they didn't know anything about Cordyceps, but I could breathe better on it, had more energy, and never had to touch dialysis before a kidney transplant which anyone that's ever experienced stage five of kidney disease will tell you is amazing. (Note: Stage five of kidney disease is exceptionally dangerous)

Best All-Around Adaptogen And Energy Boo
Vitamin Shoppe Cordyceps is a must have product. In my opinion it is the best all-around Adaptogen on the market. It is a great energy booster, especially for people can't use stimulants like caffeine. It's great at reducing stress, which is even more useful while dieting. I find taking it post-workout helps me recover.

Amazing!
IÕll admit it personally took me a while to feel anything from this, but after two months I can feel my mind working at its highest aptitude. ItÕs effect to me are very similar to that of a ginseng supplement where I feel calm but vigilant. Do the research yourself and youÕll find that cordyceps are a great cancer fighter. They are a type of parasitic mushroom that eat up insects (yeah I know, donÕt be grossed out to take this supplement now, thatÕs just nature baby).

i use cordyceps mid day when my energy levels dip down. this product really hepls to give me a boost on lasting energy.there is no crash or jitters.

I’ve been adding mushrooms to my diet for health reasons

This is more a comment than a question (Not Alegra but male). Took it hoping for energy boost. Going crazy with loss of energy and wanting to go to sleep by 9:00. Every night, falling asleep, watching TV. At start, took 250 mg. AM and 250mg PM with not much if any effect. Recently increased to 750mg (3 caps.)AM and 3 w/ supper and 1 before bed. Surprising side effect is that I had a dramatic improvement in balance within a few days. Not something I was looking for from Cordyceps but a surprise, wonderful effect as the loss of balance was really bothering me. Previously, could not stay balanced standing on one foot and when (not if, when) I started to lose it, had to put other foot down or grab something. Thought I was condemned to it. Now, if I start losing, I can recover. Night time energy seems better but will have to see what prolonged use brings. A number of nights, well awake 'till bedtime. Comments elsewhere say that it takes about two weeks for Cordyceps to do its thing. Anybody else have similar experiences?
