              I recently ordered these, and although they work great, I didn't notice at the time I placed the order that the recommended dosage is 3 times a day with meals. I was used to taking only 1 multi vitamin, so changing my routine to include 3 a day was bothersome. Vitamin World may want to advertise this better, so buyers are informed.

I tried VS myself, ordering from the printed catalog. If you see all the vitamin gurus who endorse VS (and vice versa), and try some of the other-name products they also sell, you would not have a question about their integrity and quality.
