Can I use The Vitamin Shoppe® coupons on instacart.com?

No. The Vitamin Shoppe® coupons can only be used on vitaminshoppe.com.

Can I make changes/cancel an order that I placed on instacart.com after I submit it?

Once an order has been submitted to Instacart, The Vitamin Shoppe® is unable to make any changes. You can cancel an order online up to the time Instacart’s Personal Shoppers starts picking the order in the store. Typically, this is 1-2 hours before the requested delivery or pickup time. Cancellation fees do not apply if the order is cancelled prior to the shopper picking the order. Please contact Instacart at (888) 246-7822 for order changes or updates.

Can I call The Vitamin Shoppe® for help on my order that I placed on the Instacart website or App?

The best way to receive help for orders placed through the Instacart website or App is by contacting the Instacart Support team at (888) 246-7822 or email to help@instacart.com.

Can I earn Healthy Awards® points for instacart.com orders?

Yes. Healthy Awards® points can be earned when shopping The Vitamin Shoppe® via instacart.com if Healthy Awards # is provided on Instacart at the point of checkout. Healthy Awards® points cannot be added post purchase.

Please note: Healthy Awards vouchers cannot be applied to an Instacart order. To redeem Healthy Awards® vouchers, your order must be placed through vitaminshoppe.com or by calling 1 (866) 293-3367, Mon – Sun, 9AM -9PM ET.

Where can I find my Healthy Awards #?

Where does Instacart deliver?

Instacart delivers to markets around all The Vitamin Shoppe® locations. Delivery areas are defined by ZIP codes. To check if Instacart is delivering to your address, please go to instacart.com, select “Delivery” and enter your address.

How do I get a refund/return a product purchased on Instacart?

If you placed an order on the Instacart Marketplace, you can go into your order on the Instacart website or app and request a refund for an item within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank. If you still need assistance or additional details regarding Instacart’s return policy please contact Instacart Support directly at (888) 246-7822 or help@instacart.com. If you would like to return a product in-store at The Vitamin Shoppe® only a merchandise credit will be issued.

Why is the price different on Instacart products than on vitaminshoppe.com?

The Vitamin Shoppe® sets the price of items on the Instacart marketplace. Prices on Instacart may be higher than in-store to cover the cost of personal shopping and may vary from in-store prices in your area.

Can I enroll in The Vitamin Shoppe® AUTO DELIVERY program through Instacart?

No. AUTO DELIVERY subscriptions are available only on vitaminshoppe.com.

Can I use The Vitamin Shoppe® coupons on doordash.com?

No. The Vitamin Shoppe® coupons can only be used on vitaminshoppe.com.

You can cancel an order up to the time DoorDash’s Dashers starts picking the order in the store. Please contact DoorDash through their website/app for any issues with your order.

What if the item I receive is missing or incorrect?

DoorDash strives to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, but sometimes mistakes happen, and when they do, DoorDash wants to make things right. If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting the issue in your DoorDash account. Tap "Help" in the top right-hand corner and Under “Order Issues,” select “Missing items” or “Items made incorrectly,” depending on the scenario.

What if I order something but want to return it?

Changing your mind is ok! Items purchased through DoorDash can be returned within 30 days to any Vitamin Shoppe® store. Bring the item and printed receipt into the store and inform the store associate your original order is from DoorDash. You will then receive a merchandise credit for your order.

Can I enroll in The Vitamin Shoppe® AUTO DELIVERY program through DoorDash?

No, currently, auto delivery subscriptions are only available on the vitaminshoppe.com.

You can make live changes to your Uber Eats order until the Uber Eats courier checks out in store. You can cancel an order online up to the time the Uber Eats courier starts shopping for the order in the store. Please contact Uber Eats through their website/app for any issues with your order.

Can I call The Vitamin Shoppe®for help on my order that I placed on Uber Eats?

Navigate to “Account”, select “Orders”, and then select the incorrect order and scroll down to the “Get help” button to chat with Uber Eats customer support.
