Can I use The Vitamin Shoppe®
coupons on instacart.com?
No. The Vitamin Shoppe® coupons can only be used on
vitaminshoppe.com.
Can I make changes/cancel an
order that I placed on instacart.com after I submit it?
Once an order has been submitted to Instacart, The
Vitamin Shoppe® is unable to make any changes. You can cancel an order
online up to the time Instacart’s Personal Shoppers starts picking the
order in the store. Typically, this is 1-2 hours before the requested
delivery or pickup time. Cancellation fees do not apply if the order is
cancelled prior to the shopper picking the order. Please contact
Instacart at (888) 246-7822 for order changes or updates.
Can I call The Vitamin Shoppe®
for help on my order that I placed on the Instacart website or App?

through the Instacart website or App is by contacting the Instacart

Can I earn Healthy Awards® points
for instacart.com orders?
Yes. Healthy Awards® points can be earned when
shopping The Vitamin Shoppe® via instacart.com if Healthy Awards # is
provided on Instacart at the point of checkout. Healthy Awards® points
cannot be added post purchase.
Please note: Healthy Awards vouchers cannot be applied to an Instacart
order. To redeem Healthy Awards® vouchers, your order must be placed
through vitaminshoppe.com or by calling 1 (866) 293-3367, Mon – Sun, 9AM
-9PM ET.

Where does Instacart deliver?
Instacart delivers to markets around all The Vitamin
Shoppe® locations. Delivery areas are defined by ZIP codes. To check if
Instacart is delivering to your address, please go to instacart.com,
select “Delivery” and enter your address.
How do I get a refund/return a
product purchased on Instacart?
If you placed an order on the Instacart Marketplace,
you can go into your order on the Instacart website or app and request a
refund for an item within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds are
processed immediately, but it may take up to 2 weeks to see the funds in
your account, depending on your bank. If you still need assistance or
additional details regarding Instacart’s return policy please contact
Instacart Support directly at (888) 246-7822 or help@instacart.com. If you
would like to return a product in-store at The Vitamin Shoppe® only a
merchandise credit will be issued.
Why is the price different on
Instacart products than on vitaminshoppe.com?
The Vitamin Shoppe® sets the price of items on the
Instacart marketplace. Prices on Instacart may be higher than in-store
to cover the cost of personal shopping and may vary from in-store prices
in your area.
Can I enroll in The Vitamin
Shoppe® AUTO DELIVERY program through Instacart?
No. AUTO DELIVERY subscriptions are available only
on vitaminshoppe.com.
