Don't do it!

Absolutely not. Tried it three times three different ways but had to return. It does not mix into anything and the smell and taste are unbearable. Other brands of colostrum are so much better and this one needs fixed.

Great benefits/ Doesn't mix well

The benefits are worth the try. Noticed the difference right away with my gut health. Felt much lighter afterwards and even better the following day. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it doesn't mix well? or at all! Tried it in protein shakes with milk and water but it clumps together to itself. Tried it with hot tea and same. But the effects are definitely positive. Will try other colostrum supplements since it did work, but hoping not all colostrum products clump together like this.
