Is your brand of Alfalfa natural or synthetic. If synthetic what is a natural alfalfa?

Best Answer:  As far as I know, this is real alfalfa. Because it's in pill form it has to be processed, so it's not the 'fresh greens' you buy in the produce section of a grocery store. This dietary supplement has been a huge benefit to my digestive process and I take it every day.
