I do not believe the supplement facts sheet. I've been taking pre workouts for over a decade, and I certainly know what caffeine and pump ingredients feel like. This is a bogus supplement as far as I'm concerned. I won't buy it again.

Not good just go for altered strength
Nothing compared to alterever strength for some reason one full scoop of this gives me no energy which is weird because this one is supposed to be better . Returning both cans

Pretty Good
Good pre-workout, definitely feel the Nitrous oxide boost. I've tried a lot of pre-workouts and this one is my current choice for the last 6 months or so. not perfect has a bit too much caffeine and sugar for me but otherwise gets the job done for sure.
