Directions

Adults and children 12 or over, take 2 capsules twice daily (age 6-11 take 1 capsule). Results are usually felt within minutes or hours, and increase with continued use. Very pleased.
Anxiety Free works wonders for my daughter's anxiety. She can't tolerate prescription anxiety drugs. She takes it daily but not in combination with any other herbal mental health remedies.

This is awful
I take this blend of herbs reg, just was looking for this blend that was a lil easier on the stomach, figured id try vitamin shoppe. It increased my anxiety 10 mins after taking it and I had a panic attack for no reason. I think its the added stuff in it. There shouldnt be holy basil, lavender, sichuan pepper, ginger root, black pepper or habenero pepper in it. What is that supposed to do?Holy basil acts as a stimulant as is sichuan pepper, habenero is used to weight management, and ginger and black pepper are used for digestion. Lavender is used to headaches but shouldnt be blended with herbs as strong as 5htp, and ashwanga. When taking an anti anxiety the last thing I want is to feel my heart racing while my mind is numb. This causes panic attacks. DONT BUY THIS
