Helpful sleep aide
I've always been a poor sleeper and as I've gotten older it's been terrible to the point where I could sleep 3 hours a day! I take 3 per night, along with my magnesium glycinate and an L-the nine and will sleep
5 1/2 to 6 hours.
My daughter(51) also started taking 3 at night to help her sleep and gets in more hours than I do.

It helped me with stress, but gave too much energy which then was cocerned about. Felt like a stimulant with calmness.
Due to the huge mainstream attention I was hoping it would be -mostly- stress relief. But am grateful Gaia wrote on there "balanced energy" so I know that they know their stuff and it can effect energy, I'm just not into energy herbs like at all :).

I don't drink coffee. Years ago I tried KSM 66 ashwagandha the story behind it seemed that it was one of the best patented ash products and... I felt nothing...

Sleep was a bit nicer while on them as well.

No complaints on taste.

Probably one of those people who are better off keeping it at a much lower dose than 3 gummies or just gotta go to another herb :).

Flavorful Gummies Without The Sugar
I've been taking these for the past month but not regularly due to traveling a lot. I've wanted to take ashwaganda for some time now but with all of the other supplements I take, it hasn't been a priority. I don't take gummie vitamins so these feel more like a treat. Hard to say if they're working because life has been really stressful and busy and I haven't taken them regularly enough. So this review is to be continued?
