Great for relaxation!

I usually use Calm ASAP for anxiety spikes. I lost my bottle one day and used these as well as magnesium & l theanine and it was a fantastic alternative! Enough to relax you without feeling weird or floaty. And taste great!

Seems promising

15 day supply

I have been taking taking Gaia herbs for over 10 years and think the quality is the best. However, I was disappointed when I received the Ashwaganda gummies and realized that there were 45 in the large jar but the daily dosage is 3 gummies. This means the jar is only a 15 day supply assuming you take them everyday. This was a disappointment.

Recipe Not the Same

Hi! I need to go back and leave great reviews on this product. It has helped me so much! I am calmer and can think clearer.

However, this last shipment is not the same. The ginger spicy flavor is not there, There really isn't any flavor. I feel like part of the recipe that makes it effective may also not there. Not happy.
