Sustainable energy
I like to take this in the morning when I need more energy for a busy day -- not a jolt of energy, but more of a slow burn throughout the day. It's like when you put a good piece of oak in the fireplace. No jittery feelings, and I haven't noticed any problems sleeping at night either. Good stuff.

I have seen a resuction in Hot flashes by over 80%. Plus my aggravation overall is reduced. I did have hot flashes every 15 mins now, I am down to 1 every 75 mins!! ???????? I take as recommended.
