Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha

I was encouraged to this product by an sales person. I have used the product for many months. I take the product at night just before going to bed. It helps me relax. In the morning there is no 'hang over'. I was pleased when I found I could order the product from Vitamin Shop and have it shipped to my door. Amazon also ships to my door but often Amazon does not have the brand name that I like Himalaya is one of my favorite.

Great for stress and digestion

Life-changing

I just adore this product & am so grateful to have found it. This helps reduce the excessive feelings of stress which also helps keep my weight in check. I just ran out recently & was without for 2 weeks. What a difference I felt almost immediately from skipping a day & so on. I got a ravenous appetite was an overall crab with my mood. I work an extremely high stress job so anything that naturally assists with cortisol support & overall relaxation is a winner for me.
