Very helpful for sleep!
I just came off of anti-depressants and decided to take Ashwagandha Root to help with sleep. It has worked so good in connection with some other helps like Magnesium cream. I'm sleeping better now than ever before and don't have the sleep hangover that pharmaceuticals create. I know the Ashwagahnda helps with other parts of the body like joints and muscles. Very pleased with the quality of this product!

It works!
I started taking it on 11/15/25, I had my doubts that it was going to do anything, boy, was I wrong. I'm so much calmer now. I sleep so much better and longer. I'm much more alert now. I'm a customer for as long as they produce it, and it continues to work.
