good option
i used to use the alani preworkout however i didnt feel like that one was really doing anything for me. i decided to try this one since it was on sale for a pretty good deal. i've tried other bucked up products in the past (mostly supplements in their sample bag) and was not a huge fan. since this one was targeted for women i thought it would sit with me better than their other products, and it did. i still get that weird itchy sensation if i dont start my workout soon enough after drinking it, but i do feel like ir gives me the energy to push through a workout

Best pre work out ive had.
So so good! Tastes like a jolly rancher. It gives me a good tingly feeling and energy boost to work out or just use for a boost. The added skin help is great too!
