On non-training days, take 1 scoop with 10oz (295mL) of cold water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Best Answer:  I wouldn’t. I think it’s dependent on you stimulant tolerance but even then (could cause adverse reactions). Maybe the non stimulant with a pre workout -but I use this as a preworkout so I really am not sure.
