Directions
As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules with morning meal.

Life savor for skin!
I can really tell this product helps my hormonal acne! I usually take 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch. And i can really tell it DOES WORK becuse when i forget to take it, my skin is very mad at me for the next couple days lol. Ill start it up again and it helps so much
