I think it's worth it.
I have been using this product for 3 months and have realized increased nail health-stronger and faster growing-as well as fuller hair. My ponytail went from 4 wraps of the elastic to only 2!! Like the old days.

Would be great...if you lacked tastebuds.
If I can even force myself to keep this bottle, I'll be swallowing the rest of these doses whole. They taste like the artificial sweetener is being used to cover up a horrible taste that doesn't even resemble a berry, let alone a goji berry.

Great for hair growth!
I love all of Mary Ruth products, but this along with the Collagen gummies make a huge difference in my hair growth. I make sure not to go a day without them!
