  You will probably not notice any difference. Im not sure whether your 'normal whey' has some carbs in it but you can easily take a small amount of carbs to it

  I don't recall, if anything its probably around 85-90%, The other 15-10% are amino acids that benefit your body in muscle recovery. At 24 grams of protein, you are getting some quality stuff.
