      Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a serving of NITRAFLEX® mixed with 5oz of cold water. Consume within 30 minutes before working out. Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX with 8-10oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

      Warning

      Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medication. Do not use this product if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or any over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine or other stimulant. If you experience any other adverse reaction discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Individuals who consume caffeine with this product or who are sensitive to caffeine may experience serious adverse health effects. Do not exceed recommended serving.       Employee at the store I went to said that this pre-workout would give me the tingles well that doesn't seem to be the case I don't feel this as much as I feel C4 or woke AF I actually feel no tingles whatsoever from this product won't be buying this one again

      I'm a fan of Nitraflex. When I first started taking their powders I wasn't quite understanding how the results would come into play with my work-outs. More hoping for a power boost and miracles.
      Now being more experienced going back to Nitraflex.. I value what I'm getting out of their products.
      Nitraflex is no joke to caffeine / energy boost and other effects to give your body a boost when working out.
      It's a product including their other powders I would view as top of the line.

      This is my first review I?ve ever written about a product it?s that bad. I?ve been working out since 2012 regularly and I?ve tried a lot of preworkouts starting with Walmart brands and up. This is probably the worst preworkout performance wise I?ve had in a long time. Does nothing for me.

      Glass in preworkout?????
      I found glass in my pre workout. I contacted GAT and vitamin shoppe neither of which cared. Vitamin shop corporate number claimed to be sending me a replacement at the beginning of January, its now March and I have yet to receive anything. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again or purchasing anymore GAT products.

      Bring back lemon-lime.
      Very disappointed Nitraflex+C discontinued its lemon-lime flavor. It was by far the best flavor they ever had. I was sent samples of many new flavors and they are all vastly inferior to lemon-lime. Fruit punch is the least bad.

      Best Answer:  I asked this same question to a Vitamin Shoppe Associate over a year ago. If I remember correctly there isn't much caffeine. The extra energy comes from ashwanga which helps to balance the chemicals in the body and the enhanced testosterone. My son started taking this product and he became so full of energy, confident and outgoing that I thought he may be on drugs. This is why I visited the vitamin shoppe to question the product and was very happy with the information.

        I heard they changed their formula and its not as good but I used to stack this with their no stim GMP I think it was called and it was really good
