      Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a serving of NITRAFLEX® mixed with 5oz of cold water. Consume within 30 minutes before working out. Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX with 8-10oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

      Warning

      Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medication. Do not use this product if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or any over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine or other stimulant. If you experience any other adverse reaction discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Individuals who consume caffeine with this product or who are sensitive to caffeine may experience serious adverse health effects. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not consume with alcohol or other stimulants. Do not use if you are prone to overheating or dehydration. After 8 weeks of use, take 1 week off before resuming use.       Glass in preworkout?????
      I found glass in my pre workout. I contacted GAT and vitamin shoppe neither of which cared. Vitamin shop corporate number claimed to be sending me a replacement at the beginning of January, its now March and I have yet to receive anything. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again or purchasing anymore GAT products.

      This pre-work powder definitely gives me the energy for a work-out for anytime of the day. I personally recommend using it in the morning for a workout because it helps get the day started for work out but doesn’t bring you down afterwards.

      Blue Ras Nitraflex is the goat to me. I’ve tried probably over 40 different pre workouts over the years and this is the best taste-performance ratio out of them all. If you’re looking for something new definitely give it a shot.

      Best Answer:  I asked this same question to a Vitamin Shoppe Associate over a year ago. If I remember correctly there isn't much caffeine. The extra energy comes from ashwanga which helps to balance the chemicals in the body and the enhanced testosterone. My son started taking this product and he became so full of energy, confident and outgoing that I thought he may be on drugs. This is why I visited the vitamin shoppe to question the product and was very happy with the information.
