Phosphatidylserine is a type of fat that is found in cell membranes. It increases communication between cells in your brain by increasing the number of membrane receptor sites for receiving messages.

It works!
This really helps me focus and not get distracted by little tasks here and there. The first time I took it I cleaned the house for 4 hours straight- that has never happened ??

Surprisingly good for PMS relief
Brain Sharp does not help me feel more focused. But it helps me feel more awake during the day, and it seems to relieve many of my PMS symptoms, such as cramps and brain fog. It works better for me than any other supplement I've ever tried for PMS. This product was not what I expected, but it was a nice surprise.

Love Ultimate Man Gold
"Ultimate Man Gold" helped me remember things while I was taking my first bottle. There are three ingredients that are in "Brain Sharp" so that makes all the sense in the world. I am more alert when I', awake and fall asleep pretty quickly while taking these vitamins.

Sharper thinking immediately!
I've had problems with my memory the past couple years and have tried other modalities with poor results, I have come across Brain Sharp and have noticed immediate results within days.

I think this is a good product. I will continue to use it. Only feedback for improvement is it took so long to get to me. Around 16 or 17 days from order time until delivery. So, I would recommend the product, but would purchase it in store instead of online in the future.
