We use it daily

I have each of us taking 3-5000 mg daily of vitamin C, adding even more if we feel like we are coming down with something.A wholistic Dr said add 1000mg per day until you get a loose bowel movement, then back it down 1000mg. It works for us! The buffered makes it easier on the stomach.

I take nine of these a day and have never had a problem with my stomach. The price is good given the dosage. I have been taking them for years and would highly recommend them.

Vitamin Shopped Buffered C

This is a very good product. Good price and value and because the Vitamin C is Buffered it is easy on the stomach, especially important if you take large qualities of Vitamin C.

Best Answer: I have Solgar Ester-C, 1000 mg. There is no sweetener in that brand. Right now I do not have the Vitamin Shoppe brand of Buffered C-Complex, although I have taken it for years. Sorry I couldn't help more. Have you checked the ingredients online?
