No more itching!!!
I started taking Burdock Root recommended by someone who also takes it. I suffer from really bad eczema on my arms, I was using Benadryl for the longest. It would just keep the itch away for awhile. So I heard and read about Burdock, OMG!!!! I've been using this for a couple months and NO ITCHING!!!! Try it!!!

Easy to take Burdock root!
I like the burdock root I use to take it in it?s raw form and this is a wonderful and easy to take version of the herb; I love it?.

I open the capsule and use it as a tea. It has an earthy taste which is not bad at all. It has helped me with itchiness and redness of the skin.

Swollen feet remedy
I'm a fairly healthy 40ish woman & I've suffered from foot edema for years. It started when I would travel but then just stayed.. Doctors ran blood work but nothing came up. I've tried diuretics as well without relief. My feet would swell so much that the throbbing made it hard to sit let alone walk. Desperate for relief I came across some info on Livestong & Burdock root was recommended. I started taking Burdock root and it gradually got better. After a few months, my feet were normal! If I stop taking for a few days, the swelling comes back so I now keep a full supply on hand at all times. I've tried a few other brands & have found the potency & price are best at Vitamin Shoppe. I also take 600 mg of VS Alpha Lipoic Acid a day. The combination of both products has completely resolved my foot swelling, so excited for sandal season!

Great Product
I bought this to help cleanse my liver. There was an added benefit. I've had acne for years. Dermatologists kept giving me antibiotics. This product cleared up my acne.

Wonderful for Hormonal-Based Acne
I've always had clear skin until I got off birth control at 25, and my face became littered with large, red, painful postules. I was so unhappy and self-conscious, and tried everything OTC and dermatologically-prescribed. Then I read about burdock root, and used it in combination with milk thistle (over 240mg). The two supplements alone (less than 20 dollars combined) managed to clear up my existing acne, and left me with smooth, supple skin. I saw the effects immediately, within a few days or so of usage. I'm nearly a month in, and happy to report clear, supple skin once more. Such a relief, especially at this reasonable price. Totally a must-have for those making the switch from BC to cold turkey!

Me again-tested the product-it won!
I was almost out, so I decided day before yest. I was gonna quit taking them a few days and see if they really were making the big difference in my Fibro/Arthritis that I thought they were. Well it only took missing one day I'll tell ya. Last night I went to bed at 7:45 hurting worse than I have hurt in months. I woke up around 11 and it was so bad I was on the verge of crying, every inch of my body was in severe pain & I could barely move. I decided to take some Burdock Root,and went back to bed. Woke up at 3 when nature was calling my name, and I could get right out of bed, no pain at all. I feel like a different person this morning, it is unbelievable knowing how bad I was last night. I will never be without this supplement again. It may not work for every one, but it sure works for me. I just ordered 6 more bottles for hubby & me.

Best Answer:  I'm taking this product to improve my liver function. I take this with Milk Thistle, Yellow Dock and Artichoke.
It works very well. Its good to help eliminate the waste from the body.

Best Answer:  I don't know. That is not the purpose for which I bought it. It is however an ingredient in Essiac, sold under the name Floressence, which is a great gentle detoxifying tea.
