Best Answer:  I am not a qualified health professional but I do know that anyone can take Vitamin C-1000 since vitamin c is a water soluble vitamin and your body will absorb what it needs and will disgard the rest. I have raised 3 children and they have all taken Vtiamin C all their life. So, in my opinion the answer is YES!

What is the color of Vitamin C tablets?

Best Answer:  These are clear capsules with off-white powder inside, and they are very effective. I am a school bus driver, and several times this year alone, after being exposed to people with very serious colds I started feeling a little symptomatic myself. I took 2-3 of them 3 times daily and stopped the illness in its tracks. I highly recommend them.

Best Answer:  You can research other Vit. C options such as Sodium Ascorbate. I'm not sure of the pros/cons of other types, but they're available.

Best Answer:  I, personally, believe Vitamin is very effective. I take it year round either in Acai Emergen-C. Or this product C-1000 complex. Because it is water-soluble, meaning it flushes through your body's urine output, I take 3000mg spaced out through the day. Also Google Vitamin C flush to determine your effective dose.

Best Answer:  I never saw any literature that specified an age group regarding C-1000. I think the key is will that dosage be absorbed by you and help you (or whomever it is for). I believe that C is water-soluble, so I don't see much danger in taking it. Hope that helps some. You can always ask your doctor or natural health practitioner, but not all know everything about vitamins, either. We use C-1000 and are not aware of any adverse reactions.
