Directions

As a dietary supplement, consume with an 8-oz glass of water. Patented Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your other favorite KAGED MUSCLE® products. If you are not consuming other sources of creatine, consume 2 servings pre- and post-workout. On non-training days, consume 4 servings all at once upon waking, or divided throughout the day.

Tastes awesome, dissolves instantly with no grit or aftertaste. I have only been using it for a short period of time, but I already can feel how I can get those last reps out much easier than I was doing before using it. So far I haven't felt bloated. I know that there are many benefits to using creatine, so I've tried a few times and different brands. All made me bloat. This Creatine HCLl has caused no bloat.

Great creatine. The flavors are good, the lemon-lime one is kind of tart, too tart for my taste, but the fruit punch is a lot better. The only thing is the servings don't last as long if you're taking it more than once a day.
