only took one month, so not sure what if any improvement i saw. They have to make flavored options of this. The taste is terrible. Even when mixing Mio or other flavored options with it

Definitely get it

Omg this is so amazing took it for one month and saw a lot of changes. More strength more cutting, muscles looking bigger and feeling harder. That's with minimal training because i had personal problems and couldn't train as much i wondered if I used it and really locked in. The only reason I gave it a 4 star it's because of taste. Omg it's horrible but worth it!

Yes it tastes bad. It says that on the container. It's also helped me make noticeable lean muscle mass gains in just the 2 weeks that I've been taking it.

It works but pricey

It works! Add it with my protein shake with creatine post workout. I don't care much for taste as long as it works. It's a little too pricey for what it is though, will be looking for alternatives if the prices doesn't go down.

Taste absolutely disgusting? I've added in a flavored drink and throws the taste way off .. taste like ear wax .. also added in muscle
Milk did not break up easy unless blended .. the taste makes u wanna throw up have no idea if it works cnt get past the bad taste .
