great supplemet!
this product is amazing. i take one daily for ADD and dyslexia. it helps tremendously with both of them. although it takes a few weeks to kick in, once its in affect you can definitely tell the difference!

Best supplement you aren't taking!
This is by far the best supplement that so many people don't know about and should be taking! I got pretty darn depressed after being a vegetarian for about 5 months, did some research and found this and wow - within a week I was back to my normal happy self! If you have slight to moderate depression this may very well help!
