Directions

Take 4 capsules (average dose) on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. If stools become watery, stop taking until stool solidifies and restart with 1-2 capsules. If not having at least one bowel movement per day, take up to 8 capsules per dose until regular.

Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen this conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you are taking medications or have a medical condition. Not for children under 12. It works, but be prepared!
This cleaner really does work but make sure to prepare yourself first before starting it. It's very strong, so you will feel it the morning after taking your first dose. Try to eat clean and water only for a good week or 2 before starting and it shouldn't hurt your stomach as bad. Don't go by the label that says if you experience runny stool to skip a day?don't skip any doses if you want to get the full affect of the cleanse. You will have runny stool, no doubt. The sales associate at VS recommended this product to me as a detox... but its more of a cleanser. It is advertised to do many things, but it helps with one in particular.... making bowl movements. In fact, I recommend not taking the recommended dosage, unless you are at home. This will make you RUN to the bathroom. It is not as gentle as it promises on the box. trying to loose weight
i have use this product twice already and i love it. the first time i used it i did it for a week i lost 4 lbs and i even felt healthier also. i wasn't huffing and puffing like i normally do the second time i did it within a month and a half and i found out that you only do this once every 6 months. i also had more energy also like it gave my metabolism a boost. i also did the whole body cleanse system also but for me it did nothing at all for me. i see no down falls to this product and i think its a great product.

What's the difference between this product and the one with the sun on it? I'm disabled and I take pain medicine.I feel sluggish,last time I felt this way I did a 7 day clean out.it was a box with a Sun logo on it.how does this compare?

Best Answer:  I'm not familiar with the one with the sun on it (this is the only Vitamin Shoppe one I've used) so I can't compare or help you with pain medicine interactions. This, however, is also a 7 day cleanse even though it says 14 day on the bottle. If you read on the packaging it's actually two 7 day cleanses. Basically this is a two pack of the 7 day The Cleaner formula just packaged in the same bottle. Hopefully someone else can help you out with your other questions.

Best Answer:  Since each persons metabolism is different it is best to follow the instructions for use on the bottle so it works best for you. As for me I always take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water.
