Hit reset with The Cleaner® Men’s 7-Day Formula from Century Systems. This total internal cleansing support system is formulated to detoxify your colon, liver, skin, kidneys, lungs, prostate, and stomach.

Directions

Take 4 capsules on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning an 4 in the evening on the days 2 through 7. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. After 3 days, if you are not having a bowel movement daily, increase 2 caps per dose. Take as many as needed to achieve regular bowel movements daily up to a max of 8 caps per dose.

The Cleaner is not suggested for children under 12. This product contains Senna,Psyllium and other natural herbs. If you have an allergic reaction to any of the herbs in The Cleaner, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. If you have medical condition or taking medication, consult your physician before using. Do not use for more than consecutive days unless directed by a doctor. Do not buy if seal is broken. Store at 15-30 degrees celsius (59-86 degrees Fahrenheit).

Really works, but you do need to clean up your diet to keep feeling better
This product really works as intended to clean your whole system of toxins and that sticky bacterial over-growth in your colon from years of poor diet. You will feel better. You will have more energy. You will even breathe easier. However, you will feel like the sludge in your colon again if you don't use the month of feeling better to work on fixing your diet. Read the labels. Buy foods that have dietary fiber and are low in fats and sugar, like whole grains, beans, greens, lean meats, and nuts.

I'm on day 3 of this product and just realized from searching the internet that I should be eating better than I have been......I feel so stupid!! I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy......not heavily into veggies. Should I be eating a certain way in order for the product to have a full effect on me? HELP!

The cleaner for men product can be consumed by the women, and vice versa, brings some effect?

Best Answer:  It appears the difference is the women's has Caprylic Acid while the men's have Saw Palmetto Berry. For women the Caprylic Acid is said to help with the bacteria that may tend to cause yeast infections. Saw Palmetto for women is not recommended if pregnant or breastfeeding and can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills.

Best Answer:  Actually, there are some differences in the ingredients. I bought both the men's version and the women's version for my boyfriend and myself. I held each bottle in hand and compared ingredients and there were some differences, though I don't remember exactly which ones they were.

Best Answer:  I'm not for sure, but I know from taking this products 4 separate times that I was cleansed from alot of buildup in my colon. My skin and complexion changed after the 7 days of use. Excellent product I highly recommend it!!!

Best Answer:  No where on the bottle does it say one way or the other. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer to be sure. The name of the company is Century Systems in Atlanta Ga. Sorry I don't have a phone number but I'm sure a google search would easily find one. My formula has been designed specifically for men. They also make a women's formula.

I have a pretty intense exercise routine. Can I continue to exercise at that level while on the cleaner? Should I drink more than the recommended amount of water? Also is there any foods that I can't eat or stay away from?

Best Answer:  It worked well for me, I continued to workout while using the product. I did not purposefully drink extra water, I stayed with my normal intake.

I don't recall any adverse reactions to any foods, but I would recommend eating healthy foods while on this product anyway because it will go through you faster than usual. I had fruit, salad and a bunch of vegetables while taking the product. I had some meat, but not much. you can continue taking normal supplements as well. I took the Ultimate Men's vitamin along with it and a little extra vitamin B.

I was satisfied with the results.

Best Answer:  Twice a year is the method I have deployed to date over the past 2 years. The initial usage results were very good, each following cycle I consider maintenance. You will want to use a probiotic at the end of the cycle for 3-4 weeks to put some good bacteria back into your system.
