I am now on week 3 and I feel better. I was experiencing so much gas & bloating, especially in the evenings. There was an adjustment period when I first started taking these. I was clockwork regular and these seemed to throw that off for a week or so. Now, I am feeling so much less bloat and gassy-ness. I would recommend.

Absolutely love this product. I have really bad IBS-C and suffered with constant bloating and pressure. Since I found this product I rarely have either. I can see some abs again! Even my gastroenterologist was impressed at my last visit! I still have to manage what I eat but this has made a huge difference.
