Worth trying if you want to stop snacking
I love snacking on sweets and junk food. Especially late mornings and after lunch. This product has stopped those cravings. I'm not jittery and don't feel any caffeine effects. I only take once a day (in the morning) and the effect lasts until late afternoon. I'm not trying to lose weight, instead to stop my sugar cravings. This product works for me.

Diarrhea/ stomach ache
It helps my appetite for sure. It gives me a tummy ache and diarrhea makes me not want to eat anything at all. Hurts my stomach so bad makes me feel like I had a stomach bug or something.
