My 5th year taking 2MG copper everyday, feel better, skin color looks better. Grey hair began to disappear after 8 months. Now its "no grey"with my original blonde color again. Copper 2 mg capsules
Copper is used by the body to make energy, it's a vital mineral used in the electron transport chain, complex IV, and without it your body cannot make energy in that one important path. Knowing this I started taking copper, just one capsule per day (2 mg/capsule)and my energy soared. Yes, it increased quite a bit. I'd only buy gel capsules because the hard tablets might not digest in the stomach/intestines and some of them are excreted whole. Also, I have a very delicate stomach, vitamins…
