I'm so glad MegaFood makes
I'm so glad MegaFood makes these gummies! They brought my extremely low Vit D levels up to normal and now at optimal level. With winter approaching we most likely won't get enough D. Think about keeping yourself at optimal range. I'm back to normal, I take them year round. they also taste great too. I've always had trouble swallowing pills, but these gummies make it easy-and they're gentle on my sensitive stomach.
