      Customers review summary
This is an AI generated summary of reviews and may include incentivized reviews. This summary pulls themes from recent reviews and may not reflect every individual experience.

The Dymatize ISO100 protein powder delights customers with nostalgic cereal and dessert inspired flavors that make shakes feel like a treat. Its smooth mixability, fast absorbing formula and roughly 25 grams of protein per serving are appreciated for curbing cravings and blending easily with water or milk. A few customers note some flavors run too sweet or report a light aftertaste, yet most say the taste and convenience keep it in rotation.

      Worst shipping now
Long time customer here. Idk what's happened to their shipping it used to be so quick but been over a week since it's "shipped" and still haven't received my stuff. If you aren't going to get it to me on time what's the point of using amazing shipping?

      Price Gouging at Its Finest
$30 per pound of protein and the cajones to jack up the price for a "BOGO" is price gouging at it's finest. Not surprised considering the latest acquisition by a capital investment group. The cost of protein nowadays is out of control and should not be supported. Get your protein intake elsewhere.

Love flavor but disappointed with new macros
I used to use this flavor and honestly I love how tastes even with water BUT my new tub says 110 calories instead the regular 120 calories before. So, I'm just concerned to which one is NOW (August 2026) the right macros on this powder. Just kinda disappointed with the confusion

I recently started using and really love this product! It mixes really easy, taste great and has helped me recover after workout sessions. I love the vanilla but will try other flavers.

Terrible vanilla tast since recent federal changes
This product used to be great, now it is a terrible vanilla flavor after a recent couple batches. It should be removed from the shelves. I was advised this by support after a recent inquiry about the change. .

Can it use for meal replacement?
      vy lMar 18, 2014

There is no substitute for protein & carbs than good food selection. Iso 100 is an excellent compliment to good food selection at the appropriate time. Purchase the book "Nutrition timing" by John Ivy (Dept. head of kinesiology Univ. of Texas) & Robert Portman (director of research Pacific Health Laboratories).

I add it to my smoothie in the morning for breakfast every day. I also drink a shake with my lunch. If you use it as a meal replacement, you would probably want to add some other things to it like fruit. It will keep you full for a few hours.

I never used it as meal replacement as their is no substitute for food. Only used as pre and post workout supplement with good results and ease in digestion. Kind of sweet though.

I use it for a meal replacement. Not just the powder and a liquid. I add whatever I need to make it more nutritious. Fruit, fiber, etc.

      Lactose free?
      Rusty RDec 30, 2022

Best Answer:  The manufacturer lists "ISO100 is formulated using a cross-flow microfiltration, multi-step purification process that preserves important muscle-building protein fractions while removing excess carbohydrates, fat, lactose and cholesterol." This removes most lactose, but there may be some that remains if you are very lactose sensitive.

Since it's a hydrolyzed whey isolate, virtually all lactose has been removed. Most of our clients who have mentioned having lactose intolerance have not had issues with this product at all.
