Proven to work
So, I NEVER go in the sun at all, whatsoever. At one point bloodwork showed I was Vitamin D deficient. Been taking 2 of these a day since forever. Bloodwork now shows I have too much Vitamin D! Doctor said to cut back. So these really work!! Kinda reassuring, a lot of ppl say vitamins are a waste. This proves them wrong!
