Wish I didn't purchase 2 bottles without trying it first
Idk, Every time I take one in the morning it makes me feel tired. Directions say take 2 times a day on an empty stomach. (1 upon waking and 1 before midday meal) I never seem to get to the second dose. I was thinking about trying it one times a day before bed but I always forget or don't want to risk being kept awake. I think it's too late to return them. So now I'm probably stuck with 2 bottles of supplements that I can't use.

Reviewing the DHEA product
I'm using this for the purpose of boosting the affects of my bio identical hormones. There is superior balance in everything I've looked for, but I don't take any meds. I drink plenty of water, am 73 and really feel like I did in my late forties and look as good as in my 50s. So I will continue to use this as a baseline with my hormones. Baseline blood testing, working with doc to improve all those hormone#s.reviewing
