Directions

Assess your tolerance by taking (2) Capsules upon waking on an empty stomach. After tolerance has been fully assessed, take (4) capsules upon waking on an empty stomach. Do not exceed (4) capsules in any 24-Hour period. Store at 59-86 F (15-30C). Protect from light and moisture.
