Purchased 2 bottles 3 weeks ago,I have been taking them everyday for the last three weeks and combined with cardio and weight lifting and the bucked up BCAAs, I am already down 4lbs. I'm excited to see the progress moving forward. Only gave 4 stars because I have not seen the results the full two bottle supply could possibly reach. But looking forward to them.

Best Answer:  The bottle doesn’t specify. I personally take these everyday. There is no specification when you take them. My go to is 2 in the morning after breakfast with my other vitamins and one after lunch. You only have to take 3 a day.
