I don't understand the complaints about the smell it's maple syrup and for the taste it's earthy like a lot of supplements are . I care more about the relief they give me and I would recommend that you try them .

Mood improved!
Has greatly helped my mood and attitude. The desire to punch everyone has greatly diminished. Sleep is a little easier and night sweats are less severe. Having my sweat smell like maple syrup from fenugreek is a great bonus!

it works wonderful, I only take 1 tablet daily, I had this burning mouth for a year and any doctor knew what was happening to me, then I read an article and yes, burning mouth it's part of low estrogen levels, I went to see my OB GYN and low estrogen levels confirmed, these tablets are by HERO,

STRONG Smell and Has an Aftertaste
I don't know how to describe these. When I opened the bottle, my whole house smelled for an hour. I am making myself to take them for the time being because I know that all of the Life Extension products I have taken so far are good products that work, but I honestly don't know how long I can keep taking these. After I take them, I have to drink juice or coffee to get the lingering aftertaste out of my mouth. ?????????

Helps balance
I've been taking these for at least 6 months and they've helped me feel more balanced with my hormones. The taste isn't the greatest, but that's a very small issue to me.

horrible smell/taste
Sadly, half of my first bottle is just sitting there because of the terrible smell and taste. So I cannot rate efficacy. But if the smell/taste is so bad that I avoid it, well then it isn't helping.

The taste is not as bad as what's being said
I'd much rather take a compressed tablet, then have a gel capsule. So, for those saying these tastes bad, please stop. Its robust & earthy and only lasts for about a few secs. Drink more water ladies
