Distasteful surprise
I thought I would like this because it's got a larger dose in a capsule. However. While I was able to swallow it without difficulty, the after taste was disgusting and persistent. I had to eat a piece of chocolate to get the flavor out. I would recommend putting it in a gel cap like the smaller ones. Otherwise I'm not purchasing this again.

What is the difference between the extra strength lactase enzyme and thev125 mg as I can’t get the 125 always out. Is it bad to overtake this ???

Best Answer:  The main difference is the additional strength. The extra strength option only requires 1 pill per serving where as the Lactase Enzyme 125 mg options requires 1-3 pills per serving.
