Effective in stopping hot flashes!
It works :) I have been on bioidentical hormone replacement for several years, yet I still had hot flashes. Read Amber's review and gave 100mg Pycnogenol a try. Took 2 caps 3x a day for one week and then dropped to 2 caps, 2x a day. By mid second week, HUGE difference. Finally, relief after 6 yrs of hot flashes. Vitamin Shoppe brand is cheaper and EFFECTIVE>
