Energizes and alkalizes
Gives off energy without crashing or feeling unsettled. It regulates bowels as well. There is no caffeine. My only complaint is it doesn't energizes enough to push through intense workouts but will certainly keep you lively otherwise.

Best Answer:  I take one scoop just up to the line on the scoop every morning and feel like I have my daily serving of vitamins and minerals that I need to carry me through the day in addition to healthy meals. A container usually lasts approx a month. Enjoy

Best Answer:  I take it daily and feel good about it. As for the taste, I find this drink much tastier, on the sweet side. The original tastes like eating lawn grass, although my grandson likes it that way ;)

Best Answer:  I use 10 ounces of cold liquid. I started out with juice and then weened myself to more like half juice and half water.
