I got jungle juice and it taste like coconut water and I love it as a millworker i need to hydrate a lot while making cabinets or even installing them I sweat a lot so i needed this

25% Cardio Boost!
First time using a hydration supp and this one is jaw-dropping. I stack this with a preworkout fat burning supp like Redcon1's double tap or another brand, on. FASTED CARDIO session in the morning. This combo has allowed me to do 3-hour, inhuman fat burning cardio sessions which include running, hiking and Muay Thai training. Your body just keeps on going it's just unreal. BUT HERE IS THE DISCLAIMER: if you DO NOT HYDRATE properly you WILL experience severe muscle cramps and pain from dehydration. You must force yourself to intake enough water ahead of time, prior to your workout. A must-buy for cardio and fat-burning.

More Sodium and Potassium than others.
Compared to Liquid IV and their sugar free counterpart, this holds up. I tried the Blackout Cherry and Cotton Candy Grape. Grape is not my flavor, but the taste wasn't bad. Tastes how you would expect (a bit salty), which you dont get from others. The extra potassium and salt are where the product shines if you are sweating a lot.

Best hydration formula and taste
The overall formula and ratio of electrolytes are by far the best. I can drink this in the morning or at night before,after or during training. The taste is also superb compared to other brands. Only thing is I wish it was a little cheaper. $45 for 30 servings is a little tough. Especially as a Muay Thai/cardio based athlete that sweats A LOT. I need electrolytes like crazy.
