Cramps in both legs
I've been suffering with leg cramps. In the middle of the night. I would wake up with cramps in both my legs, calves and thighs. After doing some research , I discovered that I might be suffering from a shortage of electrolytes in my diet. So far. So good, this stuff is working.

Old milk
I bought this since I don't really like adding unnecessary sugar to my diet. I expected this to taste like salty water, but instead tastes like watered down milk. Had my boyfriend try it, he made a face and agreed. Definitely don't mix it with water.

This is what my water has always needed!
I'm on day 2ish of using this stuff, and I feel like I noticed lots of neat points. As a note, I wanted a product that adds needed value to my water without using sweeteners. I used it at my tech support job. I can't wait to see how I perform when working out. Something tells me I'll be less prone to wear out. As a test at work yesterday, I did some jumping jacks, and usually I'll do about 60 and call it good for a day. This time, I did 60 and when I got there, well I felt like I could just keep going and got to 100. I just kept going without feeling a need to check out sooner like normal.
- I'm not as thirsty
- I drink less water (Less bathroom demand too)
- was able to resist snack (pistachios) craving near lunch time
- seemed to stay fuller longer after breakfast
- interesting smoothness to water. It takes some getting used to but I think I like it over normal filtered water!

I aw trying to monitor my health while using this. Right now, I think I run under the recommended serving size, and that's totally fine for my current level of activity.

Amazing Product for a Great Price!
I absolutely LOVE this product! I have a reverse osmosis water purifier in my home and it removes toxins, impurities, but also important trace minerals. I have to add the trace minerals back in, which is not a problem when it comes to having clean, purified drinking water that is absolutely amazing. I had been using another product for years but was paying more for a product offering less health benefits. I absolutely prefer the BodyTech Liquid Electrolytes so much more. I am SOLD and will recommend this product to everyone I know who is looking for an electrolyte supplement.

I am obsessed! I love these electrolytes. My local vitamin shoppe sells out of them so fast. I mix them with lemon water and it tastes like pickle juice! When it?s cold, it?s super delicious!!

Great, especially mixed with bone broth
Every day before I eat, I make a bone broth drink, with this and a scoop of collagen. It's great when mixed with something that's supposed to be salty.

Best Answer:  Just because you CAN does not mean you should. It is salty. It needs to be diluted to be absorbed. I put it in my drinking water and in my coffee. I have also put some in the water when making tea or oatmeal.

My water filters strip out electrolytes. How many drops per gallon would be good to reintroduce electrolytes for regular household consumption?

Best Answer:  There are dosing instructions on the bottle. 1/2 teaspoon is considered a serving. I mix that amount with 8 oz of water. 16 times 8oz is a gallon. So 4 teaspoons per gallon.Start there and adjust for taste.

Does this product break a fast?

Best Answer:  Depends on if you consider drinking water breaking your fast. I would not recommend drinking this right out of the bottle, it needs to be diluted in water to help facilitate absorption. These are all minerals that naturally occur in water found in springs. So if drinking spring water would break your fast, then yes this would break it. If you don't consider water to break a fast, then no.
