Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops of Gorilla Mode Nitric in 14-16 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes prior to training. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. First time users should begin use with ½ -1 scoop or less to evaluate tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.

I had the old formula in lemon lime. Wasn't a huge fan of the flavor and it clumped up before I could finish it. Definitely worked though. The new one tastes great and the pumps are good.

1) The flavor alone is insane. It's sweet but not over the top. Takes you back to being a kid enjoy a popsicle off an ice cream truck?except it's preworkout and you're getting jaaaacked.
2) Love the feeling and performance it delivers. Gets you pumped, keeps you working and no jitters!

Great Taste, BIG results!
I tested my Nitric Oxide levels and they were no where to be found. Started taking Niticaps and everything changed. Energy, heart rate and sleep all got a ton better. I was looking for an option to drink throughout the day without the stimulants and boom, the Rainbow Sherbert was released. No part of my daily routine.

Best preworkout on the market
This is by far my favorite flavor of Nitric. I am a huge fan of Sherbet in general, and this one hits pretty close! I think it's the same as the older formula in terms of taste, but I am not 100% sure. It's fruity and smooth, it's just really good!

Energy wise, of course it's the solid extremely well dosed Nitric you would come to expect. It doesn't hit quite as hard as say the stim version, but it still gives a noticeable boost for me.

Focus wise, I don't notice anything different. That is to be expected since there isn't really anything in here for focus, but I take other things on the side when I want that, or the stim version.

Overall though yeah, it's just the best stim free pre-workout out there I have found, with the best dosing on the market, and I really have not a single complaint.

Great for CrossFit! Definitely feel
Great for CrossFit! Definitely feel a stim free elevation to performance and less gassed out. Feels like it helps push off muscular failure for high rep work. Definitely recommend starting to drink it at least 30 min before you start so you don't have a massive volume of fluid in your stomach because if you chug it you could feel nausea

It was solid
Honestly, I only have used GM nitric oxide for the pumps. All of the flavors are usually pretty bad, but this one had a tolerable taste. I would buy this one again.
