This hits like the former ON Advanced preworkout. It's been discontinued and I've been searching for something like it. After numerous other brands and mixing things together to get the pump and focus I was looking for, Bucked up hit the mark (with a scoop of added creatine.) all the ingredients are decent. I'm not a fan of AceK but it's in everything with a sweet flavor now. The Miami flavor is tasty without being overly sweet. It mixes well and isn't gritty at all. I will be looking for more deals on Bucked Up.

after just 2 days of trying it the inflammation in the tendons of my legs stopped it had gotten so bad i had couldn't stand after sitting without serious pain
