Each scoop contains 17 grams of clinically dosed ingredients—including 8g of l-citrulline malate, 4g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine anhydrous.

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Excellent energy, mental focus and pump.
I started using this after many, many years of taking usually 100mg of caffeine preworkout. I workout in the evenings and I dropped the caffeine to only use this now. It is very effective in both pump, energy and focus. I generally haven't been super into "pump" products, but it absolutely does the job.

It may be "stim-free" but for me, it is highly stimulating and I've found myself with a lot more "go" in the gym. I'm not a gym noob and have been training a long time. It leaves me very alert and mentally on, but not in an uncomfortable, jittery state like a high dose of caffeine.

I have found that it has made getting to sleep at night difficult a few times, despite the no stims.

Tropical punch flavor is very tasty, but I did have to get used to drinking the recommended amount of water pre-workout. Will buy again.

good non stim!!
fruit punch flavor tastes like those powdery flinstone multivitamins in an incredibly neutral (kinda bitter) way. beta alanine DEFINITELY works and makes me all tingly. this is my first non stim ive purchased since i now have to lift later in the day and so far i feel it increases my power output like a caffeinated pre usually does. obviously it's not AS effective as caffeinated pre in terms of increasing mental energy, but it aids in helping me feel more physically capable. doesn't effect my sleep either.

Properly dosed, effective, decent tasting pre-workout
This stuff is the real deal, as far as non-stimulant pre workouts go. This stuff actually has the proper dosages of Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine, which is significantly higher than most other much more expensive pre-workouts.

In addition to this I will also add a 5-10g scoop/s of creatine monohydrate when I mix it pre-workout. this, in my opinion, makes this stuff the best (non-stimulant) pre workout I've taken.

It's also a decent price and isn't loaded with chemical sweeteners like aspartame/sucralose. The actual taste is inoffensive, which if you've tried just about everything on the market like I have, is a definite plus. Some of those fake flavored powders cause me to lurch just trying to chug em' down.

Tropical Punch is such a great flavor. Transparent Labs comes thru once again with nothing artificial and properly tested ingredients. All I need now is more Protein flavors!! Best brand Vitamin Shoppe carries when it comes to no bs and great taste.
