Great Product
I started taking this product after reading positive reviews. My hair was thinning and seemed limp. I have taken my first bottle and have Healthstarted on my second bottle. I can tell a huge difference in the texture and volume of my hair since first taking it. I will continue taking this product and would recommend it. I know everyone's system is different but this works for me.

hair is thicker and nails are stronger
I had a split fingernail all the way down to the nail bed because it was so thin. After using this for several months it has grown back stronger, and the split has gone away. My hair is thicker and stronger as well. I am so happy with this that I will keep using it indefinitely.
