So far so good!
I have been taking this postmenopause supplement for 30 days now. I am so grateful that Solaray included postmenopause in this Her Life Stages line. So far, no negative side effects. I feel that my hot flashes are much less unhinged, I feel more able to focus and my mood is improved. I feel that I am far less bloated and I am hopeful that there is less mystery fat around my mid section.

So, overall, after 30 days on this supplement, I can report some actual return to normalcy and this, is a substantial result. I will continue to take this daily and see how it goes!

Fantastic Product....Must Try
I have been taking this for 6 months. I have ZERO menopause symptoms!!! I really have to pray they continue to sell this supplement, it is absolutely fantastic. For some reason they cancelled my auto ship, I am not sure why. Please do not stop selling this product!!

Hot Flashes decreased
It has lessened my hot flashes that have plagued me for the past 5-7 years. They were debilitating. Now when I do they are mild and almost nothing. Win win!

Menopause
I have been taking Menopause for two weeks, and it has helped tremendously with hot flashes. I'm so happy I bought it at the Vitamin store. I have immediate results, and the quiz on the website says I should be taking Postmenopause. I will update you after I order it.
